Caroline works in variety of media usually in layers of combination. Her mainstay is drawing and painting in Indian ink supported with gouache paint.

For greater sensitivity she may introduce pastels and graphite into her layers that allow a sense of movement to develop.

Larger pieces are usually composed of acrylic paint and layers mixed media base finished with drawing on the surface.
